Primal Viking Garmin Venu 4 Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Sweepstakes Period
The “Primal Viking Garmin Venu 4 Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

II. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Norse Organics LLC d/b/a Primal Viking, 701 Tillery Street, Texas, United States (“Sponsor”).

III. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household, regardless of entry method. You may enter using any of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Entry With Purchase (Optional): Each qualifying purchase made at primalviking.com/pages/giveaway automatically enrolls the purchaser as one (1) Entrant.

2. Entry Via Web Form (No Purchase Necessary): Complete the entry form at primalviking.com/pages/giveaway with your name, email, and mailing address.

3. Alternative Method of Entry (Mail-In, No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, date of birth, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: Norse Organics LLC d/b/a Primal Viking, 701 Tillery Street, Texas, United States. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2026 and received by November 5, 2026, and will have the same odds of winning as all other eligible entries.

V. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Garmin Venu 4 smartwatch (Approximate Retail Value: $550 USD). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and is subject to Sponsor's standard prize conditions.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, held approximately ten (10) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified within approximately three (3) business days of selection and must respond within seven (7) days or risk forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

VII. General Conditions
Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if its integrity is compromised.

VIII. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

IX. Disputes/Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. To the extent arbitration is not required, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

X. Privacy
Information submitted by entrants is subject to Primal Viking's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described there.

XI. Winner List
For the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, email support@primalviking.com with the subject line “Primal Viking Garmin Venu 4 Giveaway Winners.” Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

XII. Sponsor's Right to Modify
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any circumstance impacting its integrity or operation.
